Account & Data Deletion Request

In accordance with Google Play's User Data policy, JELLARIX: Jelly Block Puzzle provides a straightforward way for users to request the permanent deletion of their account and associated data.

⚠️ What gets deleted permanently:

Your Google Authentication user profile record.
Your global and weekly leaderboard rankings and score history.
Your saved profile statistics (Total lines cleared, best combo, high score).

Method 1: In-App Immediate Deletion (Recommended)

You can instantly delete your account and data directly inside the mobile app without waiting:

Open JELLARIX on your mobile device.
Tap your Profile Icon on the main menu.
Scroll to the bottom of the profile page and tap "Delete Account & Data".
Confirm deletion. Your data will be erased instantly from our Cloud Firebase servers.

Method 2: Submit an Online Request via Email

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, you may send us an online deletion request:

Send an email to support@jellarix.com with the subject line "JELLARIX Account Deletion Request" and include your registered Google email address or User ID.

We process all email data deletion requests within 7 business days.

Data Retention Policy

Once deleted, your user profile and leaderboard scores are permanently erased from our Firebase Firestore database and cannot be recovered.
